Palz is an adult friend matching service that provides:

• Profile-based friend recommendations
• One-on-one chat
• Interest-based matching
• Premium features (paid)

4. User Obligations

You agree NOT to:

• Impersonate others or use false information
• Post illegal or inappropriate content
• Harass or harm other users
• Send spam, advertising, or promotional messages
• Interfere with service operations
• Use the service for commercial purposes

5. Account Restrictions

Your account may be restricted without prior notice if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Receive reports from other users
• Engage in illegal activities

6. Paid Services

Premium features are available through in-app purchases.

• Payments are processed through Apple App Store / Google Play Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• Refunds follow the respective store's policies

7. Service Changes

We may modify or discontinue the Service as needed. Significant changes will be announced in advance.

8. Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for disputes between users
• Users are responsible for the content they post
• We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Korea.

We will notify you of any changes to these Terms at least 7 days before they take effect.
